The beauty and order of the world testify to God’s wisdom and power. Even in the complexity of creation, His presence and glory are evident for those who seek Him.

Wisdom 13:1 (NLT) says:
“All people are like foolish children who do not recognize God. Even when they see the good things of the world, they fail to give him glory and thanks, and they set them above the true God.”

This verse reminds us that gratitude and recognition are essential. God’s creation is meant to lead us to worship Him, not to be adored in itself. When we fail to honor the Creator, we misplace our devotion and lose sight of His greater purpose.

Lena experienced this when hiking through a beautiful forest. She paused to marvel at the trees and wildlife, realizing that every detail pointed to God’s creativity. Her awe led her to a moment of heartfelt worship, giving glory to the One who made it all.

Reflection:

  • How often do you recognize God in the beauty and order of creation around you?

  • Are there things in life that distract you from giving glory to God?

  • How can you cultivate a habit of noticing and praising God for His handiwork daily?

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, open my eyes to see Your wisdom in all creation. Help me to honor You with gratitude for every good gift and to set my heart fully on You, the Creator of all. May my life reflect Your glory in everything I do. Amen.
